Gander & Goose opened in October 2023 on historic Jewett Boulevard in scenic White Salmon, Washington in the Columbia River Gorge. Purveyor and 20-year mixologist Sam Schauer and his team bring the flavors of the diverse flora of the Gorge to a wide variety of cocktails, and other locally-sourced food and beverage offerings.
